Domaine Madelin-Petit Organics Wines

We have a vineyard of only one holding, wedged in the orchards of quite famous cherry trees. Our wine is resulting from the slopes of the valley of Yonne. We are directed in the South, South-east. Our grounds are of argilo-limestone type of the kimméridgien.

Since 1994, creation date of the field, we chose the organic farming for our vineyard, more respectful of the environment.

By this choice, we committed ourselves respecting our soil and our surround. This will is expressed by a different work which seeks balance and the harmony between a preserved ground and its vine.

The organic culture requires to know well the history of each portions out and passes by the meticulous observation of the vines throughout the year.
